Manual Extended Stay Setup(A.K.A. a MESS for short)

Oftentimes, we will have availability in the Park to accommodate an Extended Stay Reservation which will not show itself as a bookable option on our Online Reservation Portal, or even possibly by a Staff Member’s preliminary search for you.

• In order to access a deeper palette of options to accommodate a Guest’s specific needs- a Manual Extended Stay Setup(A.K.A. a MESS for short) may be called for.

A MESS is exercised by a Campground Staff Member in order to fit an inquiring Guest’s unique Situation & Equipment details into, what is, a more ‘specialized Reservation’- most typically coming with a pre-established Departure Date from the time of booking the MESS Reservation, or also by overriding certain booking restrictions normally in place. In the former case, the Guest will need to either change their Site Number by the pre-established set ‘Departure’ Date, or just go ahead Depart the Park at that time.
