Day Visitors
Campsite Occupancy can fall into 3 categories. This Article will cover the second category:
#1: Base Occupancy
Calculated per ALL the Nights in a Reservation.
#2: Day Visitor
A person or persons visiting a campsite for the day. Calculated per CAR, not per head-count.
#3: Overnight Visitor
Calculated for a SELECT PORTION of the Nights in a Reservation. Will count towards the Base Occupancy Total, and is calculated per head-count.
As a reminder per our RV & Vehicle Policy:
Only 1 Vehicle is permitted per each site (this does not include the RV). Additional Vehicles a part of a Reservation over that 1 must be parked in the Campground’s Extra Parking lot, located to the right of the Camp Store atop the small incline in the grassy area. Do not block the Dumpsters, park to the right of the Gazebo.
Day Visitor’s cars should be parked in the Campground’s Extra Parking lot, located to the right of the Camp Store atop the small incline in the grassy area. Do not block the Dumpsters.
All Day Visitors will be considered Secondary Occupants, never can a Day Visitor be considered a Primary Occuant of a Reservation.
Day Visitors are not counted towards a Reservation’s Base Occupancy because:
Day Visitors MUST leave the Campground by the time Quiet Hours (9 PM to 8 AM) take effect.
During the Off-Season:
Day Visitors are free of charge during our Off-Season.
During the In-Season:
Day Visitors are charged per car, NOT per person.
The cost is $5 /per Car; you will be given a Car Pass to hang on your Rear-View Mirror.
On Designated Holiday Dates the cost is $6 /per Car.
Day Visitors can pay for their Car Pass either inside at the Camp Store; or directly to a wandering Camp Host personnel.
