Mandatory New Monthly/SZNL Reservation Post-Booking Screening Steps

1. Mandatory New Monthly/SZNL Reservation Post-Booking Screening Steps (A.K.A. the MNMSRPBSS for short) is 4-step digital-picture uploading protocol we make all New Monthly/SZNL Reservations go through before they Arrive to Check-In at our Park.

   • The goal of the MNMSRPBSS is to preserve, protect, & esteem the Campground’s Staff, concurrent patrons, equipment, infrastructure, & overall-radiated positive & idyllic morale from potentially toxic & nefarious individuals to it.

2. Due to the MNMSRPBSS, all New Monthly/SZNL Reservations must be booked with their Arrival Date set at least 14 days to 730 days out from the date it’s being booked from to allow optimal processing time.

3. Immediately upon Arrival for Check-In, a New Monthly/SZNL Reservation will be asked by our Front Desk Staff:

   • “Did you complete your MNMSRPBSS?”

4. What is the MNMSRPBSS?

   • The MNMSRPBSS is A series of Steps you must undertake after Booking a New Monthly/SZNL Reservation with us. The MNMSRPBSS is the exact same Steps for everyone regardless if the Reservation was booked Online or Over-The-Phone.

5. What do I need to do to complete my MNMSRPBSS?

   • Here are the exact Steps you are to follow:

     • Step 1: Access your Newly created Guest Account for you in our Online Guest Portal on our Website by logging in using your Reservation’s Lookup Code that’s issued to you in your Reservation’s Confirmation Email after you’ve successfully booked it. You’ll also need to provide your Last Name in order to log into your Guest Account.

     • Step 2: In the Navigation Menu on the left-side, click the second option from the bottom called: “Attachments”.

     • Step 3: Using your same electronic device that you’ve used to log into our Online Guest Portal from(either your Smartphone, Laptop, Desktop computer, etc…), upload into this Attachments Box the following 6 Pictures for us to review in the accepted formats of either PNG, JPEG, or PDF:

       • #1: A front-facing Picture of your RV

       • #2: A side-view Picture of your RV

       • #3: A rear-view Picture of your RV

       • #4: A front-facing Picture of your 100% personally owned-and-operated Tow Vehicle (Motorhomes can skip this & only upload the first 3 Picures)

       • #5: A side-view Picture of your 100% personally owned-and-operated Tow Vehicle (Motorhomes can skip this & only upload the first 3 Pictures)

       • #6: A rear-view Picture of your 100% personally owned-and-operated Tow Vehicle (Motorhomes can skip this & only upload the first 3 Pictures)

     • Step 4: Wait up to 13 business days to receive either Pre-Approval for your Monthly/SZNL Reservation Check-In, or a Mandatory Cancellation. If you arrive at our Park on your Arrival Date for your New Monthly/SZNL Reservation & your Reservation is not marked in our System as Pre-Approved by an Administrator, our Front Desk Staff Member will be forced to turn you away & prevent you from entering our Park. If your uploaded RV or Tow Vehicle Pictures(your MNMSRPBSS) happen to get Rejected by an Administrator due to various reasons, your Reservation will be Mandatorily Cancelled & you will be issued a full Refund for your Reservation(with No Cancellation Fees) except for the Firefly Booking Fee, which is non-refundable.

6. How will I know my MNMSRPBSS has been Accepted or Rejected? How will I know if my Reservation has been successfully Pre-Approved or Mandatorily Cancelled?

   • We will notify you with an Email and/or a Text Message(if you opted into it) after we’ve processed your MNMSRPBSS. The Email and/or Text Message will include if your MNMSRPBSS has been Accepted or Rejected, a then the resolution if your Reservation has been Pre-Approved or Mandatorily Cancelled. So make sure after you’ve submitted your MNMSRPBSS into our Guest Portal that you check your Email & Text Messages in the 13 days after you’ve submitted it.
